Fotini Aggeli is a Senior Associate of our firm and a member of our TMT, Data Protection, Cybersecurity, and Digital Business practices. She advises technology companies, digital service providers, and innovative businesses on navigating complex regulatory frameworks, managing disputes, and mitigating risk in the fast-evolving digital economy.

With extensive expertise in Greek and EU data protection law, Fotini advises clients on GDPR compliance programs, cross-border data transfers, privacy policies, and data protection impact assessments. She also provides guidance on contract law matters, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating data processing agreements, IT contracts, and service agreements to ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.

Fotini supports organisations in navigating complex crises, such as personal data breaches, data subject requests, and regulatory inspections, and represents clients before supervisory authorities and courts on matters related to data protection, cybersecurity, contract obligations, and broader regulatory requirements. 

She has successfully led GDPR compliance projects for more than 30 organisations across a wide range of sectors, including retail trading, cosmetics, hotels, hospitals and clinics, pharmaceutical companies, yachts, telecommunications providers, data hosting, municipalities, scientific associations, shipping companies, and credit institutions.
