Katerina Mezini is an Associate of our firm and a member of our TMT, AI, Digital Business, Cybersecurity and Data Protection practices. She advises clients on regulatory investigations, compliance frameworks and technology-related disputes.

Katerina represents clients in administrative and civil proceedings involving data protection enforcement, cybersecurity incidents and digital platform liability. Her work frequently involves disputes arising from online marketplaces, social media services and technology products, including claims related to data misuse, service failures and digital consumer protection obligations. She also handles public procurement disputes, including the drafting and submission of pre-judicial appeals, interventions and supporting briefs in public tender procedures.

Alongside her disputes practice, Katerina advises clients on data protection compliance, cybersecurity governance programmes and AI risk management frameworks, assisting organisations in meeting regulatory obligations under evolving EU and Greek digital regulation. Her practice also extends to wider technology regulation as well as consumer regulation work and public procurement law.
