Anastasia represents companies in court proceedings involving data protection enforcement, cybersecurity incidents and digital services regulation, including disputes affecting social media services, online marketplaces and technology providers.

Her advisory practice centres on the development of data protection and cybersecurity compliance programmes, including GDPR implementation, NIS-related risk management frameworks and AI governance policies.

Anastasia regularly assists clients responding to regulatory investigations, supervisory authority audits and enforcement proceedings, while also advising on the mitigation of litigation and regulatory risk in digital operations.
