Dr. Nikos Th. Nikolinakos is the Managing Partner of Nikolinakos & Partners Law Firm. He is widely recognised in leading international legal directories, including Chambers and Partners and The Legal 500, for his work on complex litigation before courts and regulatory authorities, as well as for his advisory work on regulatory matters, both spanning TMT, emerging digital technologies (including artificial intelligence, robotics, and IoT), digital platforms, data protection, cybersecurity, product liability, competition law, and intellectual property.

Prior to founding the firm, Nikos served as General Counsel and Director of Legal and Regulatory Affairs for a major telecommunications operator and internet service provider. He also held the position of Senior In-House Adviser to the Hellenic Telecommunications and Post Commission (E.E.T.T.), where he was responsible for competition law and regulatory policy. In addition, he has served as a senior consultant on international regulatory and policy projects for governments, national regulatory authorities, market participants, and the European Commission.

Nikos has been a Visiting Lecturer on electronic communications law, data protection, cybersecurity, emerging digital technologies, competition law, and intellectual property at the Athens Information Technology Center and the National Technical University of Athens (N.T.U.A.).

He is the author of numerous contributions to books and peer-reviewed journals in TMT, emerging technologies, competition law, and intellectual property.
