Vicky Gkani is an Associate of our firm and a member of our TMT, Digital Business, Data Protection and Cybersecurity practices. Vicky advises clients on high-risk regulatory disputes and compliance matters in the digital economy.

Her practice focuses on data protection and GDPR compliance and enforcement, cybersecurity, digital services regulation, intellectual property and emerging technologies. In particular, she assists organisations in implementing data protection and cybersecurity compliance programmes, including GDPR governance structures and NIS-related risk management frameworks, as well as internal policies addressing regulatory requirements for AI systems.

Vicky also represents clients in civil and regulatory proceedings involving, inter alia, data protection enforcement, cybersecurity incidents and data breaches, as well as disputes relating to technology contracts, digital services, online platforms and digital marketplaces. Her practice further extends to litigation involving online infringements, misuse of personal data and other unlawful conduct carried out through digital means, as well as the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights, often raising complex regulatory and technical issues.
